I run 1:1 personal training sessions out of Goodlife Health Club Bundall, the premier fitness club on the Gold Coast, where my packages run for 8 weeks initially, with the option to continuing on a month-to-month basis without any sticky long-term contracts, making our partnership entirely results driven.

First two sessions FREE - Within these 2 sessions you and your coach will work together to break down your long term goals into step-by-step targets, so there’s a crystal clear vision and path to take you away from frustration, and towards your ideal physique, fitness, strength and energy levels. This is called your transformation roadmap
Goal Chaser program - After getting a clear vision on your goals, I create a personalised program for every client. This program is tracked using an App which allows clear communication between trainer and client bettering the results achieved.
Athlete Check Ins - Every month, starting from your 2nd free session, we track your results and review and compare it to our vision set within the Transformation Roadmap therefore we can keep you 100% on track, and make any adjustments we need to either training or diet.
Nutritional guidance - When it comes to your diet lets make it simple! I will teach you everything you need to know when it comes to calorie counting and healthy habits.
